Louise’s work is driven by a passion to build a better world through business. In Dell EMC, she is working closely with colleagues, customers and partners to share and develop Dell’s corporate sustainability program and drive sustainability in business development.

Prior to joining Dell, Louise was head of CSR for the Confederation of Danish Enterprise, where she also served as a board member of the Danish Ethical Trade initiative and a national expert in the ICC Commission on CSR and Anti-corruption. Previously, she was global program manager of sustainable business development and partnerships in the global water solutions company Grundfos.

Louise holds a master degree in Anthropology and Innovation from the University of Copenhagen.

Rachel Thompson

Sustainability Manager, Gatwick Airport

Rachel coordinates Gatwick’s Decade of Change sustainability strategy and reporting. She also coordinates Gatwick’s action plans on carbon and air quality. Prior to joining Gatwick in 2015, Rachel worked at a leading sustainability creative agency, where her clients included CA&A, LendLease and Toyota Motor Europe. Rachel previously spent a decade as a corporate responsibility consultant to clients including Microsoft, SABMiller and Unilever. Rachel began her career in Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, specialising in international trade negotiations.

Kate is a Principal Consultant with over 18 years of experience in the field of sustainability. She has experience working with major UK and international companies in consultancy as well as working in industry and for an international charity.

At DNV GL, as a Project Director, Kate specialises in sustainability advisory and report assurance, utilising her extensive experience in this area. Her clients include: The Co-operative Bank, SP Energy Networks, Bacardi Limited, BG Group, ISS, UK Power Networks and RWE npower.

Kate’s subject expertise includes: energy, carbon and environment, health and safety, business ethics, supply chain, human resources and community investment. She has worked in the UK and internationally across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to joining DNV GL, Kate spent five years in Deloitte’s sustainability team leading reporting assurance projects for clients including Unilever, Camelot, Reckitt Benckiser and Centrica.

During her time at Deloitte, Kate was seconded to the World Economic Forum’s sustainable consumption initiative for nine months where she managed the production of the final report, ‘Redesigning Business Value: A Roadmap for Sustainable Consumption’ and led a CEO workshop at the Annual Meeting 2010 in Davos.

Kate has also worked at EDF Energy leading their CR reporting process for three years.

Librian Angraeni

Environmental and Social Footprint Manager, Asia Pulp & Paper

Librian Angraeni (Inggi) is Environmental and Social Footprint Manager for Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), a major pulp and paper manufacturer that markets its products to over 120 countries worldwide, with main operations in Indonesia and China. She oversees various sustainability projects across APP’s Indonesia operations, including carbon and water footprinting, Sustainability Report development, and the company’s Business Ethics & Human Rights Programs and Social Investments, all of which are instrumental to the delivery of APP’s Sustainability Roadmap Vision 2020 and the implementation of the company’s Forest Conservation Policy. Inggi is also APP’s representative in the United Nations Global Compact and is the Chairperson of the Indonesia Water Mandate Working Group under this UN initiative.

Prior to APP, Inggi worked for Plan International Indonesia, a UK-based non-profit organization aiming to alleviate child poverty through community development programs, and for Save the Children, a US-based non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives. Inggi holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University.
